Well treated by all staff.
Although our appointment was quite early in the morning here were delays but having seen my specialist my appointment well over on the time allocated. So I actually caused further delays, for following patients. Don't think there is an answer to that.

Very friendly consultation with neurosurgeon. Gave me confidence and felt much better. Everything was explained clearly. Support staff very helpful.
Visit to A&E two week, ago was chaotic, but staff very calm and managed the situation very professionally.
